Made in Italy, with our Jazz Carbon

The Racemax² Italia is produced in our factory in Presezzo: starting from dry carbon fiber (not pre-impregnated), every single filament is automatically woven (filament winding technique) and only subsequently is resin injected directly into the mold (resin transfer molding)

This is what we call Jazz Carbon.

Since the first Racemax was launched in 2020, the tire trend has shifted towards increasingly generous sizes. The Racemax² Italia responds with the ability to accommodate tires up to 51mm WAM (Width-as-Measured) in combination with 1x groupsets and 48mm with 2x groupsets.

The clean design is enriched by two integrated elements: the downtube houses a compartment to protect emergency tools. The wide opening makes it spacious and easily accessible, and the Fidlock closure is extremely secure.

The seatpost now accommodates a practical rear light.

Despite a wider front surface due to the increased tire section, simulations show that the Racemax² Italia is even more aerodynamic, with a quantifiable gain of 1.5% compared to the Racemax Italia.

At the root of this result is the new design and attention to details such as the front caliper screws shielded by a magnetic plate.
