Since 2018, the name ALTO has been part of our range of racing bikes. Translated from Italian/Spanish, ALTO means "high", and with the ALTO bike you will stand out above the rest.

On the occasion of our third participation in the Tour de France, we also launched the third new edition of the REVELATOR ALTO. The development was based on feedback from our professional teams and integrated the experience gained on the world's toughest race tracks.

In addition, the new ALTO frame underwent the most demanding test period in KTM's history. Pre-series prototypes were already sent to the "Hell of the North" and had to prove their worth on the cobbles of Paris-Roubaix. At the same time, perfect aerodynamics were optimised in the wind tunnel.

The final values confirm both qualities: excellent climbing abilities and low air resistance.

On his first outing with the new ALTO, Frenchman Pierre Rolland immediately claimed the best climber's jersey at the Critérium du Dauphiné.

The journey of the first production frames started from Mattighofen, through Copenhagen, to the Champs-Élysées in Paris. The frames used by the professionals in the Tour de France are now available to you in various model variants.
