WiFi connection supports 2.4 GHz wireless networks and allows the roller to to research and automatically perform all firmware updates . With Bridge functions for cadence sensors and heart rate monitors , you can connect a heart rate monitor or cadence sensor to the hometrainer, transmitting the data to the training app in a single connection via FTMS BLE.
This feature is especially useful on platforms like Apple TV , which supports up to two Bluetooth Smart sensors connected at the same time.
You train wherever you want
The roller offers two stand-alone modes to allow you to train anywhere, even without an app connection or power supply.
If powered but not connected to software, you can preset a slope up to +18% via the My E-Training app, which can also be maintained offline.
Without connection and power, you can adjust the brake resistance level in the app (from 1 to 16) before your outdoor workout. Instructions for activating stand-alone mode are available in our Knowledge Base .

You can also combine it with Rizer , Elite's slope simulator with integrated steering that moves your bike frame uphill and downhill to offer maximum realism in your indoor races.
To complete the experience there is Aria , the smart fan that modulates the intensity of the airflow based on training data, for a more believable and engaging pedaling.

Rivo is also compatible with Square , the smart frame from Elite with advanced virtual gear shifting, which allows you to replicate your bike down to the exact configuration of every component .
To connect it, simply remove the cassette you normally use to train on the apps and mount the frame directly on the roller. In just a few moments you're ready for a personalized workout, as if you were pedaling on your outdoor bike: Square allows you to seven adjustments on saddle, handlebars, top tube and cranks .
You can also share it with other users by configuring up to five profiles via the dedicated app, each with its own combination of gears, teeth and chainrings.
