For endurance, our regular Tofino saddle fits most riders and features a more upright position, with a seat toward the middle/back of the saddle. These riders sit primarily on their hip bones and therefore on the widest part of the saddle. The Tofino 1.0 features carbon fiber rails for maximum lightness. The cutout version is for those with heightened sensitivity in the pubic symphysis region. Typically, riders sit on the front of their pelvis and the middle of the saddle nose. The cutout version transfers weight to the hip bones on either side rather than the center. Developed in collaboration with renowned bike fit company Gebeomized, this saddle was designed to offer the best fit for a stock saddle.
