Cannibal XC Bio-based
The new Cannibal XC by Elite is a bottle cage made with bio-based plastic material derived from castor oil.
The goal is to create a more sustainable production model for the production of our bottle cages, based on renewable sources that can replace petroleum-derived products such as traditional plastic. Cannibal XC bio-based use castor oil instead of fossil fuels , guaranteeing the same resistance to impacts and shocks thanks to the fibreglass reinforcement.
The consolidated design includes an elastomer section to allow the bottle cage to adapt to water bottles of different shapes and ensure great water bottle retention on the run .
Inserting the water bottle from each side
With bikes equipped with compact geometry frames or when you are pedaling with a bikepacking kit , the Cannibal XC Bio-Based It is a perfect accessory to recover as much space as possible in the triangle area allowing a water bottle entry from each side with its wide opening.
At the same time, the structure of the bottle cage is designed to completely embrace the bottle while riding to ensure maximum hold even on the most difficult routes. The credit goes to the rubber reinforcement which serves to make the bottle cage more elastic and adapt to bottles of different shapes.
Maximum grip on any terrain
The structure of the bottle cage is designed to completely embrace the bottle while riding to ensure maximum hold even on the most difficult routes. This is thanks to the rubber reinforcement which serves to make the bottle cage more elastic and adapt to different shaped water bottles.
Fixing to the bike frame is practical and simple, thus allowing for a wide range of positioning capable of satisfying every need.
